We want to make sure you can buy your holiday gifts in time and therefore we offer you an extended return policy. Orders from Nov 18th can be returned until Jan 15th, 2025.
Before we get the ball rolling, please make sure of the following, otherwise, the product(s) will be sent back to you:
- The return is sent back to us within 30 days of shipping date (free for Db Black members)
- The product is unused and undamaged
- All labels/tags are still attached to the product

2. Print out the pre-paid return label and slap it on your box. Remove original shipping label on the box before attach return label.
3. Take it to the closest drop-off point.
4. The refund will be automatically made to the card you used for payment. Please allow at least 14 business days for the reimbursement to be back in your account - depending on your bank.
